Duke said that Fuji will surpassed them (g5) in the Future.

Is that Future already now?

We have Fuji (his version against echizen) and Duke (hus version vs Tokugawa) in Intra Tourney Finals selection.

Fuji have his newly attacking style like blizzard. And he is combining it with his classical defensive counters especially the 5th and 6th counter.

Duke have his power. Duke Homerun, Buster, etc. Also duke bunt. And not to mention his buddha Kijin

Who do you think will win?

Imo they were both in the correct brackets for the line-up, strength wise. Fuji fighting for that S2 spot, Duke for S1. I struggle seeing Yukimura and Sanada so impressed with the S1 match (right after Yukimura played Tezuka) if the HSers aren't on a level of their own.

Yes, in the future Fuji will be as strong or even surpass Duke, but that's not where he stands right now.

We all know Ryoma will surpass G5 when he powerup against Ryoga.

But before that does the

Current Ryoma, and

Atobe, Fuji, Sanada, Yukimura, Kintarou, Akutsu, Shiraishi

doesn't have a chance against Duke right now?

In a 3 Set match Of course.

Duke is the barometer for Genius 5 level.
Because we all agreed he is the weakest G5 based on different matchup polls and threads.

So to be G5 Level, you must be as strong as Duke

Some posters here already think top Japan Msers are already G5 already. (I agree for a few actually)

Duke Beats Fuji 7-0. And by direct implication, Duke will beat Current Ryoma too. (Fuji would have beaten Ryoma if not for rain).

Kintarou is implied to be weaker than Ryoma, so he will lose to Duke too.

Yukimura and Sanada admitted they are not strong enough to be in the same league as Tokugawa and Duke.

So, the only one RIGHT NOW that you can argue is Atobe?!

Atobe's Infinite Evolution can dominate Duke. But will it last a Full 3 set match? Hmmm.

Is Atobe the only one sure fire Genius 5 level now?

Or maybe Ryoma, Yukimura, Sanada, and Kintarou have a chance against Duke?
