I had to give the underdogs some love, plus poor Foxy is not even known as canon by half the fans i talk to. I changed my nomination slightly.....Senor had to be there.

Monkey D. Luffy (the amount of times this character has cracked me up surpasses all others, all categories, I should think)
Usopp/Sogeking (still one of my favorite characters of all time, and one of the funniest ever created)

Cavendish: when he appeared the first time, I simply detested him but when he cried for the first time "Listen to what othes are saying!" I couldn't stop laughing.

And I, ofc, support Monkey D. Luffy, our future Pirate King!

I'll just nominate Monkey D. Garp for being the counterpart of Sengoku. The jokes about his cookies never stop.

I feel like the Strawhats, individually, have made me laugh more than other characters. But as i think they will get a lot of votes (especially Usopp i'm hoping), i'll vote for mah boi Bartolomeo.

This is a really tough one, but I decided to go with Buggy because he's always been consistent, and the voice acting for him is superb no matter what he's saying/yelling.

Chopper also has his moments for sure. As for Luffy, yeah, obviously, but sadly I don't think he'll ever be as funny as he was pre-timeskip, that's the Luffy that I miss the most :/... Actually, that's what I miss the most about OP in general I think.

That change when he meets a Mugiwara and when there's no one there. I specially like his way towards Law. Yeah, he got my vote.

Voted Brook. I don't know why, but he seems to have more "range" than the other Strawhats. His humor is a bit more unpredictable. He can be wacky, but he can pull it back and make some good observational humor. I would have voted Robin, but her dark humor is far few in between.

Giving my man Usopp some love in this category. Aside from Luffy, he's made me laugh the most in the series, in all kinds of situations. And like Eigengrau said, Luffy might never reach the same level of comedic gold as he used to (he's still funny in himself, but I think it's fitting that he has matured and become more serious, if only ever-so-slightly. While Usopp will never stop being the butt of all jokes, and his reactions will never stop being hilarious.
