Aside from other nominees this seems to be the best option. others are not funny as this one.

The funniest manga-moment got Oyasumi Punpun, there the principal and his vice played hide and seek. There faces are hilarious.

Teppei tells that there's a bug planted on their clothes
Teppei talks with written papers because if the client knows there's no soup he will be gone
Zonge comes in and is about to screw everything up by screaming out loud: there's n...
Before zonge says it out loud, Teppei knocks him down and he says out loud: "hew, it almost let slip there wasn't any soup"

and then it comes, the most priceless page:

What entertained me the most lately were the edo-fights in Naruto. Especially Choji vs Edo-Asuma was hilarious.

I mean this was much likely one of the most stupid chapters that i have read this year, but definitely funny. I am talking about Toriko chapter 146.
How Zonge's managed the highest level of surprise on the apple

You can see it, if you haven't read Toriko. Doesn't really spoil at all, since it was basically a chapter to make you laugh a bit
The funnier is that the fart suprised the apples more than Toriko and Terry

How do you find that the funniest moment? It was a rather serious fight that had no funny moments that I can possibly think of at the moment.

For Oga running thru the Akuma Acedemy and defeating all of the demons and counting them as he did so.

I nominate the scene in chapter 94, pages 7-8 (or 8-9 if you read online) of Medaka Box in which Kumagawa crushes the audience with just a "Good morning to all the minor characters", no matter how many times I read, I always laugh to death! Just epic.

Hajime no Ippo: This is by far the funniest manga I read. Nothing comes even close to it. Takamura and Aoki, a deadly combination. They both are the birth parents for the very term" LoL".
