Well the american film industry could make an epicGantz movie, probably. But what would that be? a sequal?, a complet unrelated story with diffrent charakters? Hard to say what we want to see but this is all talk, if there was an american Gantz movie I would watch it, buy it, watch it again, if its that what I wanted, if not I wouldnt even care **** ^^I just want to say...
Gantz is the best media/story/gore ever created... now if only the people in U.S. made the epic and bloody film.. The U.S. has waaaaaaaaayyy better special effects than the japanese... i saw their Gantz movie and it was not pleasing to the eye nor ear.
If only someone tell the movie makers of the U.S.
I think its an intresting Idea. Wich actors would fit what role?A complete remake... full story of the manga, same characters, same everything!.. well not everything but maybe better than the manga a little, release many movies after the previous:
Examples:
Gantz 1: Onion, tanaka, and buddha
Gantz 2: The Chibi Aliens and the Dinosaur mission
Gantz 3: Ring Aliens, Tae Hunt mission, and Oni Aliens mission
Gantz 4: Nurarihyon (loool this would be highly epic, all the blood and gore, that sex scene with the female alien... lol this movie would be rated NC-17 (is that the worst rating? Of course, all of the movies would be rated NC-17).
Gantz 5?
I hope the U.S. gets it right. In order to do so, they need alot of $$$
