Fantasy Germa VS CP0

Germa 66 (full force and full family, recovered after escaping from wci + current Sanji after Wano) including Judge at his peak, Cesar at full power VS CP0 including the man who almost killed Drake and blocked Luffy, Guernica, Maha and all the others?

Hard part: the battle is on the Baratie.

Including Sanji is too much, considering he is at/almost YC1
While we know nothing of CP0 except the two members who we saw fight.

So, I'll make some assumptions and include Lucci and Kaku as well.
Lucci is as strong as Sabo if movies are anything to go by (IMO plot itself isn't canon, but powers are). Going by this, Lucci is stronger than Sanji.

The two CP0 agents are arguably YC3 tier, considering they kinda comfortably (mid diff) dealt with Drake.

In Germa, Sanji is the only one worth anything. While every member of CP0 are strong.

Considering this, CP0 takes it comfortably.

Sanji is far and away the strongest person here. Germa mid difs CP0.

We don’t know much about CP0 but they seem to be around tobbi roppo/ commander level. Sanji is around commander and his family around Tobi roppo, this could be an interesting fight.
