For a person whose name I know, I can conjure a questionaire with ten unique questions about them (which change every time depending on target). The questions will never be known to me before i get the questionaire. These questions will usually be very intimate ones like "what is their biggest fear" or "who do they love the most".
I can fill out that questionaire, but I may never directly ask them or anybody else these questions, elseways they will be crossed out.

After it, i can create a key and the more questions i correctly answered, the more powerful that key will become (if even one answer is wrong, the key will break and i can never target that person again).

Depending on the power of the key, I can insert it into my targets skull and operate freely on their mind. Weaker keys just let me read the mind for facts, but more powerful keys let me manipulate the person.
A Key of power ten enables me to solve all inner blockades of the person, enhancing their Nenabilities, powers or even change their personality long term.

Hmm, I wonder. The ability requires the careful creation of two magical items, the questionaire and the key. These have special magical properties no real item has and as such are able to manipulate the target in powerful ways.
I'd compare that to Knov in a way. Teleporting someone is probably manipulation rather than conjuration, but conjuring a portal that can teleport people to a room you conjured is a magical property of the thing you conjured.
In my case, someone else could take the key (as a physical object) and insert it into the target, does not have to be me.

Name - Pocket Monster
Power - A nen beast (dragon type) (something like Yuki's cursed beast from jjk) can be summoned. It can use all other 5 nen types. Abilities can be transferred from beast to user depending on the situation.

Restrictions - 1.Beast can be only summoned two times a day. One time before 12 Pm and another before 12 am.
2. Maximum time is 20 mins. Although all the power can be utilised in 5 mins also.
3. It can only remember one special hatsu of a nen type.
4. Shuffling of abilities can be done only once upon summoning. (Between the user and the beast)
5. Upon summoning, all the aura will directly be used by the beast. (Although defence and offence of the user can be boosted significantly by transfer of enhancement ability from the beast to the user)
6. If time limit is surpassed, the user has to physically pay the price. (3 mins = one month of bedrest)

Nen abilities - 1. Enhancement - Extreme boost in defence and offence.
2. Transmutation - Aura turned into Hot flames.(Beast - mouth, user - Katana)
3. Emitting - Shoots Nen projectiles, (fire projectiles if infused with Transmutation) (Beast - Mouth, User - Katana)
4. Conjugation - Makes a extremely sharp and strong Katana.(Can only be used by the user) (Can't be broken till user's death, only ability which can be used the whole day 24×7).
5. Manipulation - 1. If used by the beast - Can manipulate burned non - living items ( burned by it's own flame) . 2. If used by the user - Can manipulate living things ( must be stabbed by him and they must survive the stabbing).

Additional Conditions - 1. If the user uses enhancement then the beast is vulnerable to Nen attacks and if beast uses then vice-versa.
2. If beast is defeated before the time limit then it will disappear.
3. The whole aura will be under the beast's command but it can be transferred by the beast to the user in ratio (e.g. - 7:3), the transfer can be only done once in one summoning.
4. Beast can be controlled by the user through mind connection but the beast must be within a 20 m radius.
5. The beast can be automated by the user or will independently automated if not in radius.
6. If the beast is acting independently then it's purpose will vary. It can either be killing the opponent or saving the user.
7. In extreme cases the beast can help the user escape even after 20 mins, only if the user is fatally injured.

Manifestation - The beast was manifested due to the user's loneliness and depression. It got this much powerful because of his extreme hunger for power.

User - Parry, is a INTJ and 18 years old. Physically strong and athletic (due to extreme training) and due to being a INTJ he is naturally very intelligent and strategic. He is not a typical hero or villain rather a Anti-hero, he doesn't want to save innocents neither kill them. He actually hates people and don't care about them. He wants to do whatever he wants and whoever comes between him and his goal whether it be a hero or a villain (doesn't cares about it ) they have to face him. His goal is to live a peaceful life, he wants to marry, he wants to fall in love, he wants to travel all around the world but this world is so cruel and disastrous that he has to fight for his peace. He is depressed and suffers from anxiety disorder, is tall, a bit lean and muscular, above average or you can say handsome but is the biggest introvert. He somehow loves this world and hates it too. He is a nen genius, he discovered about it himself while overthinking, it took him only twelve days to learn it and due to his high creativity he manifested the nen beast in two days. Because of this broken power, he instantly ranked in top 15 nen users. He became a hunter for some quick money. He completely denies the social stigmas and rules because they only create more hated between humans. For passing the time he also works as blacklist and terrorist hunter and sometimes even as a crime hunter. By using his powerful abilities he quickly became a single star hunter (he doesn't cares).
