fuller when you eat fast...?

i'm thinking of this scenario: bread = sponge
eat bread -> water/digestive juices -> sponge expands

i'll only do that when i feel extremely starved~
that makes me feel bloated at the end most of the time :D

i still remembered my biochemistry lecturer told the class that chewing for 40 times is ideal...but with the short recess period & long queues, no chance~ :D

If you need a chocolate fix, invest in protein shake powder instead of candy. A 5-lb thing will be anywhere from $30-$50 (more expensive = better taste) at GNC and will last over a month, even if you have a scoop every day.

Alternatively, you can buy some small choco-bite things and just keep them in your mouth until all your taste buds are saturated with chocolate, that way you'll only have one or two instead of a whole bag. NEVER EAT CANDY WHEN YOU'RE HUNGRY! That's what real food is for.

Hmm.. I never thought I have a chocolate fix, but I do drink milo like almost everyday, and since it's from cocoa powder, maybe I do like chocolate more than I thought :darn And I have 2 scoops per drink :p

I love Milo. And Milo candy bars are my favorite candy bar. :D

I think there is. It's not easy to find. I got it from my friend who works for Nestle. :D

For an even healthier salad, use only olive oil for the dressing. CMIIW, the olive oil helps the body to digest and absorbs the fibre from the vegetables. :D

Fat free pudding + skim milk is a great way to get some chocolatey goodness for very low calories.

As usual, the best way to satisfy a chocolate craving is to get some in your mouth and let it saturate your taste buds. A single spoolful of pudding or 1 hershey kiss can be just as satisfying as a 1lb bag of M&Ms :)

I tried that Hershey diet, Hisshou. I ended up finishing half a bag of Hershey Kiss. :D

did you know that chocolate has a significant amount of lead? :XD even I didn't know that until i wikied chocolate :s
