HELP!! I cant remember the name of this Manga!!!

I have been looking high and low and I can not for the life of me find this! The manga I am looking for, from what i can remember, is that the seme was a few years younger than the uke who is absolutley obsessed with the seme (like steals baby photos of him to keep on his walls). At the point of the beginning of the story they have been together for 6 years or something and the Uke is insecure about how the seme feels about him! please help! I can also attempt to give more info if needed!
