How exactly does LINE Webtoons make money from the English localization?

I honestly don't know. They must be making money from it somehow and they must be making quite a bit, since they are able to do things like greenlight a Noblesse animated OVA.

They have a great website for reading webtoons. ( they should include Abide in the wind and Crepuscule )
