Help How to hire an agent to get licence to translate Psycho-Pass manga?

I am trying to translate and publish Psycho-Pass in Arabic and I did contact the publisher Shueisha. However, they told me that they do not have the rights and the rights holders are more than one artist so they advised me to hire an agent to get me the licence. Does anyone know any good agents or have any advice for me on how to proceed?
