Hi, i'm posting an analysis of the manga that i have done. Hope you'll like it (I know it is a little long).

Isaac Netero and the Zodiacs=Buddha and the 12 Animals
Isaac Netero is based on the historical Buddha, Siddhartha Gautama, with Kannon as his ability in relation to the bodhisattva of Compassion/Mercy, Kannon/Avalokitevara (more precisely Senju Kannon).

-The death and resurrection of Hisoka represent the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ (Hisoka the Magician represent Jesus the Magician, because during his times this was the name given to Jesus from his detractors, his “miracles” were seen as “magic”)

Tserriednich is depicted as Jesus Christ because he with his brothers and sisters, represent Jesus Christ at the centre of the 7 Deadly Sins (7x2=14).

The Number 666 is described in John's Apocalypse representing the number of the Beast of the Sea (The Beast of Tserriednich) and according to Christian tradition is the number of the Antichrist (Tserriednich)

Tetraphobia
Hisoka is partially similar to Tserriednich (both Psychopaths and Serial Killers representing Jesus Christ/Antichrist) because they are number 4 in their respective groups.
In East Asian countries the sound of the words "four" and "death" is similar, so there is a connection between the number 4 and Death (Tetraphobia):
-Hisoka is the 4th member of the Genei Ryodan because he is the Grim Reaper/Death of the Spider.

The color of the characters' hair (White or Black) is a metaphor for Yang and Yin (Light and Darkness) of Taoism

I don't know about these Jesus analogies...

The phantom troupe is identified by different analogies.
There is the jesus and his followers analogy, there is the obvious spider analogy but they are also likened to the calendar (12 months).

You found pretty good imagery for chrollo's abilities. Anoth simile is that chrollo thinks of himself as someone who acts without being selfconscious about it. He does what he thinks has to be done and says he isnt the kind of guy to express his motivations.
Jesus expressed the word of god, but not his personal motivation, too, in the bible.

Also, similar to early christians, there is a strong 'we against them' feeling inside the spider. People who are not inside the spider do not matter. Tho, unlike christians, the spider do not try to convert.

I think Togashi uses imagery, but doesnt really good deep into likenesses.

This is more a comparison of imagery than an analysis, but it's cool
