Kishimoto made a Tailed beast and named him Son Goku.

I'm just using their names for the Villains cause what the NARUTO teaches kids the wrong message A Group called "KuroYugure" Will be a group of criminals and kingpins of the underworld.

The names of the Naruto Characters be use in a different matter than the characters.

The beast isn't named after Goku from Dragon Ball. The beast is named after the Monkey King from Journey to the West and Goku also happens to be named after that same mythical character.

It's like Thor. If I name something Thor, I'm not naming it after the Marvel character, I'm naming it after the god.

But anyway, if you want help you should probably post a clearer description of your story, rather than a list of names and phrases.

The Story goes something like this:

A person name Daniel came from a unknown Dimension. He was ordered by the Founder of the his government. He's styling of fighting is mixture of three things. Prowrestling, Ninjas and Pirates.

His goverment found out that one of their most wanted person and an evil Mastermind named Kishimoto to them. But In reality Kishimoto under control by people who have purple eyes and duck hair style with pink and blonde bangs. They call themselves the plagues. The girls have the group have Pink star on their forehead. The boys have the group have to have three scars on their cheeks.The girls have to become blind as well.

Daniel's job is to take this plague group down. The only problem is that he was adopted into the group aka Kidnap him. Another rival group of the plagues found out about this kidnap. They save him before he gets his cheeks gets cuts.
