If Eyeshield 21 gets another anime seeing as the manga is already finish I don't see any reason why not.
What studio would you like to do it polls above will show which studios I have in mind.
If it does make it a remake and start from the beginning of manga but following the manga's story line more properly EX:Sena and Monta searching for Musashi before the Nasa game and the Ojou-Shinryuji spring match, better color scheme and character design and animation.
There should be no editing on smoking, drinking, gambling because smoking was important for Ha Ha brothers growth and Drinking and Gambling were played for laughs mostly.
The matches make them shorter with no filler moments make it like one episode for lesser matches and two to five episodes for major matches.
There should be no editing of the violence or there is make it less not to ruin it or make it kiddy be which is a problem because of Hiruma's sense of humor and habit, Agon's nature, Gaou's carnage and Zokugaku's foul play.
As for the voices those who remain the same are:
