Discussion Is Rosemary weak?

Hi! I began revisiting old content and this thought struck me. Is Rosemary a really weak abyssal one ? Or is Teresa just broken beyond imagination?

Personally I Believe Isley, Riful, Luciela, Cassandra, Alicia to be teir 1, and Hysteria, Roxxane and beth to be teir 2. I'm wondering how Rosemary would fair against weaker abysal ones like Roxxane, Hysteria and beth?
