lol.didn't post here cuz i don't get how you guys organize your reviews? before deciding the categories. i think you need first to decide the pattern/plan of the review.
there are many ways to write a reviews:
for example we can do:
-a long summary
-art
-prediction

personally i'm not much into deep art analysis. i just give one line or 2 about the art.

when i wrote a review with Jammin we used that pattern http://mangahelpers.com/forum/showthread.php/74126-Chapter-51-review-by-scav-Jammin
-summary page per page or event per event wrote by me
-Jammin 2nd thought added on each, to complete the summary

also personally i like to insert, short jokes and smiley in my reviews to make them easier to read, and more enjoyable to read and write.

So yeah before splitting the work, i think we need first to decide on a pattern. thought trying new patterns can be fun too

The pattern for the JRs has been long since decided. Analysis, Impressions, Predictions. The last two section can be handled only in one way, while the Analysis section will turn out different every time, because every reviewer has his/her own style. In other words, it is impossible to set "patterns" for the Analysis. You can set them for yourself. Not for others.

My only addition is that the Analysis is (when fully written) twice as big as the impressions or the predictions. It might be usefull to add another 4th reviewer to the team and then split the analysis between two. But that can wait for 172 or even 173.

I definitely agree with that. It's definitely more effort and time for the analysis writer.

well no complain here. For the analysis it can be good if someone write the main analysis, and someone else add his 2nd thought (2,3 lines below each paragraph ) on what the first one wrote ( well ofc if he have something to say).
same goes for the predictions.

Scav, don't forget that the analysis has to include panels of the chapter. If you can't crop them yourselv, name the exact panel, someone else (worst case scenario, I myself) is going to do that instead.
