Kaido wins.
The fight could be similar to the 5 supernova vs Kaido and Big Mom. They should all be able to hold on around Kaido in hybrid form but Kaido would still treat it as a game like he did back then.
It's just a matter of time until Zoro runs out of haki, Marco runs out of stamina to keep regenerating, King runs out of stamina or gets caught in speed mode, and Katakuri... not even a need to wait for his stamina to run out nor for him to get distracted: Kaido uses his own future sight and boom.
At most, Kaido may eat a strong attack if he underestimates them like the kyutoryu slash he took from Zoro, but we know he's not going down in the end. In fact, Marco and Katakuri are non-factors in the damage they deal and King has also failed to show CoC coating as far as I remember so at most he would depend on his magma abilities, but to throw those attacks he has to lower his defense.
