Ironically Nora might just do the same.
She is a bounty hunter but when she got
paid she used pyrokinesis to burn up the check because she was just there for fun.

As far as I can tell, Nora is NOT a joke character. At least she's not a gag character.
Nora is more supposed to be the "perfect girlfriend" protagonist for the self-insert male character.
In other words it's just really unmotivated lazy terrible writing.

The complete opposite of Final Fantasy 6. (Which I WISH was an anime. Because it would be legendary.)

Still you should totally watch Twinkle Nora Rock Me because it's just that terrible/entertaining.

oh trust me I definitely thought of Chargeman Ken.
But he said he was too busy committing mass genocide saving the world against "those filthy Juralians".

and yes I have watched every single episode of Chargeman Ken. Charging GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Also I have a theory that I think makes perfect sense.

Caron, the little sister of Chargeman Ken would later grow up and change her name...to Nora Scholar.
