Fantasy Killer vs Jinbe, battle of the tacticians

The poll is for Jinbe with some but limited water usage against Killer.
Feel free to discuss other scenario with or without water.

Killer has attacks which could hurt Kaido.
He gave pre Enma Zoro a high diff without his main weapons.
He also pretty much low diff'd Hawkins (a Tobiroppo tier by hype), once the threat of hostage situation was done with.

I say Killer wins, high diff.
IMO Killer is as strong as Sanji.

Scabbards had Attacks that hurt Kaido also…
Zoro only had his 2 Sword style & was distracted, Diff was Mid when he got disarmed & 1 shot.
Fight was Mid Diff he was on the floor before the hostage situation.

I got Killer under Jimbei sorry. Jimbei has the upper hand in IQ, experience, durability, & haki. Jimbei with High Diff.

Yeah, I think he's around as strong as Sanji. Oda has been giving him special portrayal throughout the series (the only non captain Supernova apart from Zoro, portrayal similar to Zoro as 'partner' of Kid etc), portrayed him as one of the 5 next gen tops with the rooftop fight, portrayed him alongside Zoro, had him low diff a supernova captain. So on.

Of course, his feats don't provide us direct means for comparison. I'm just going off based on my interpretation of Oda's portrayal/intent. Feel like he's meant to be special

I think Killer take it, but with difficulty, I'll go to 60/40 for him. Jimbei got what it need to take some matchs.

The good point of Killer are speed, lethal attack power and potential.
Jimbei have experience, stamina and versatility of combat skill.

They are very close in feat, but for me Killer got more room to progress if they fight each other.
Jimbei may be the best one at the start of the duel, but at the end he may be the one who loose.

As they are right now I think Jimbe is stronger but it’s very close.

As others stated Killer will surpass Jimbe in the future for sure however
Jimbe wins extreme diff imo.
