Well, unfortunately, it's not available at mangatraders is anymore.
Manga-go has chapters till 11.
But 12, 13 and the epilogue are at the Livejournal community. You have to join to access the posts.

There is also a new manga by Takanaga Hinako, but i haven't checked it yet, name is Kimi ga Koi ni Midareru.

According to this page and Takanaga sensei's twitter message
KOI SURU BOUKUN IS STARTING AGAIN FROM NEXT MONTH, ON GUSH!!!!
YES YES YOU ARE NOT DREAMING!

Here are the other infos that sensei added:
- It will be a continuation after vol 8, no bonus chapter
- BUT She will write also bonus chapters
- It's not going to be long like the previous serie but shorter, she didn't say how short it will be though...
- The serie won't appear every month but EVERY OTHER MONTH so be aware that after the first chapter next month we will have to wait until February for the 2nd chapter and I have no idea how long we'll have to wait to get a volume out of it.
