Foxy. He's just... annoying, and doesn't even have any part in the storyline.

Wapol - God I hated that mofo. Everything, from character design to his personality. There is rly nothing positive to say about that trash. Heck even his anime voice (seiyu), both German and Japanese sounded awful.

Meanwhile Foxy, who seems hated, was at least funny. His depression moments were awesome. I remember cracking up seeing him down by SHs words. Also he put up a decent fight, unlike that fat trash.

Akainu - His concept of justice includes the obliteration of even his own marine fellows if they don't seek for obliteration of pirates. Plus he killed Ace and stood up against Ao Kiji.

Even though I agree with BlackHair I see more Wapol as useless character the same as Foxy, but Hodi is just a scum that I really dislike and I hope he won't be even mentioned later in the manga.

Least favorite. In my mind, so many, many characters popped up. But yes, like most people in here, I'm going to vote for Hody.

He showed interest, he is rather cool and tough. But there's no story. There's a story. But it means nothing. And I'm actually the first time pissed at Oda for doing this. Hody could've been an amazing villian, but in the end the whole arc surrounding him was basically nothing more then a VERY LONG introduction to Big Mom.

Second would be Akainu, because he acts all high'n'mighty, but he ain't shit. Sengoku for being.. nothing. What a let-down that character was and Wapoll, the first character I really, really, disliked in the entire One Piece franchise.
