Chapter 608 got me thinking. Ichibei's explanation for why he didn't lose his powers when Bach took them didn't make a drop of sense to me. It struck me as one of those poorly explained scenarios that pop up in the Bleach narrative every now and then. I can think of quite a few.
So I thought I would share them with you. If you can provide a better explanation for these I'd be greatly appreciative.
3. What exactly did Ginjo use against Ichigo? Was that a real nameless bankai release?
Ginjo's powers on a hold are very poorly explained. There are just hints mostly and I guess you could make an educated assumation based on the info you see but nothing solid from the Kubo.
2. Why didn't Ichibei lose his powers when Bach took them? How does absorbing blackness (which I'm assuming is to use for ink) make him still able to fight?
1. What the hell did Unohana's bankai do????
This thing was so confusing. There is a ban on the Bleach wikia site on editing this...so vague man jeez.
Even if you can't explain these, you can always just post your own list of weird/poorly explained situations that really stuck with you through the manga.
