Help Wanted Looking for Artists and Co-writers.

I have an idea for a series but I am not artistically talented with drawing and writing, but I try my best. I have a general idea of what I would like, but want some co-writers to help me come up with ideas and so we can fully complete the story. I also need an artist or two to help me create the ideal looks for the characters and creatures, plus, what's a manga without it's artists? Thanks to anyone who is willing to lend their talents to help me achieve my dreams!
