Cuisine Looking For Bentou Websites and How To's

I'm a Japanology student, I eat out frequently day and like almost every Westerner I need to eat more healthy things. So I thought I'd follow the thread of logic and learn how to make bentou!

Any master chefs here who can link me to helpful websites and blogs? In any language, but preferably English or Japanese.

Ajinomoto's bentou section has recipes that only take 15 minutes to make with only three dishes. These are more traditional than this blog, which has selections of cute character lunch boxes but sadly there are no recipes. Here's another blog with instructions under the READ MORE cut.
