Wanted: Artist Manga Collaboration

I would like to collaborate with an artist to create a manga. The job would be to adapt a novel of mine (still in progress, so it'll be a really long-term project). As of now, I have a fleshed out fantasy world, several draft chapters written, and a well-outlined plot. Unfortunately, I can't pay anything, so it'll be a long-term project as a hobby, really. But, the stretch goal will still be publication on both ends (for the manga, and for my novel).
