Question Manga Drawing Newbie... I'm drawing using Photoshop 7 but do I need something more Manga friendly?

I'm relatively new to drawing digitally. I'm looking for a program that would work for me better then Adobe Photoshop for drawing Manga. Anyone have any suggestions?

How about clippaint studio? Anyone use it in here?

My friend uses clipstudio it works wonders. But I’m using CS6 until I get it. Both are great though
