Manhua is the Chinese name for comics, used to refer to comics published in mainland (People's Republic of) China, Taiwan (Republic of China), and Hong Kong. Manhua is the root word of manga and manhwa, the reason for the Chinese, Korean, and Japanese name for comics being so similar.

• Discussion in this forum is focused on single series. For more general discussion head to the [MH Manhua Hangout or Otaku Cafe.
• When creating a thread, please follow this format for the title: Series Title by Author/Artist.
• There are no requirements, but please try to add as much information about a series as possible.
• Only one thread per series.
• The Manhua forums are for discussion only. Do not ask for raws, translations, or Edited Mangas.
• This forum is for Manhua only. When in doubt, use MangaUpdates to look a series up.

Prefixes are based on publishing status in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or mainland China.

• Ongoing: Currently published in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or mainland China.
• Complete: Publication has ended in Taiwan, Hong Kong, or mainland China.
• Hiatus: A temporary halt in publication.
• Canceled: Publication has been terminated prematurely.
• One Shot: Short stories. Typically one chapter, always less than a volume.
• Info: Mod use only. For rules, guides, and the hangout thread.

• Mangahelpers enforces a temporary blockade for discussion of new spoilers/chapters. This blockade ends 24 hours after raws are publicly released.
