Ever wondered who Tsukada, one of the mangaka of Shokugeki no Soma, would like to date from the manga? Why according to a recent interview conducted at this year's Anime Expo, it's Rindou Kobayashi

. She has free reign, no limits and can constantly surprise with what she does. Confining any limits on her, whether it's personality-wise or whatever is setting yourself up to be proven wrong as she can surpass expectation, going from what the mangaka is saying. So, with that in mind, Rindou has no limits to what she could do to care for you and have you lead a happy life. Rindou is the better waifu. Vote Rindou.

Well Bel has run arguably the best campaign of anyone in the waifu wars tbh so with AoT s2 hype on top of that she's basically a bullet train headed for the finals. Of course I'll go down swinging, and drown out the threads in salt afterwards if Rindou does lose but I think I did alright seeing Rindou has been manga only until very recently where she appeared in an OVA, so for someone with little exposure such as her to get this far is pretty neat imo. I'll still try and crush Mikasa like this though

To be fair, Rindou was not really relevant back then. Her introduction is rather recent.

Well seeing I'm not leaking blood again at the moment, let's get real about Mikasa and how her "qualities" can be too much. She always hangs around Eren, like always. He has no breathing room whatsoever. If he wanted to go out and have a night with the boys, or in this case her husband, from what we've seen she'd still follow him around even if he asked her not to because he could say "Hello" or something to another woman.

Not fair to say this, considering we are talking about eren, his family, all she has, the guy that has titan powers, he's in constant danger, of course she wants to be around him at all times, she doesn't want to lose the only thing she has again, i dont see how overly protective = "clingy" , if we see it from their point of view, where there's people trying to kidnap or kill eren, again, she will obviously want to be around him. That doesn't mean he can't be alone.

We saw it happen with Annie in AoT, Eren and her were joking around and then boom, Mikasa comes in all stalker like and goes to fight Annie.

You mean the one girl that came from nowhere a few years ago, acts all shady and always kicks someone's ass? yes totally no reason for mikasa to be a "stalker" or anything.

She's a problem when it comes to letting her man have space by herself, strangling his freedom. Mikasa is the type of girl who has to be around you all the time

Again not true, if mikasa knows eren is safe, she has no problem with him being anywhere, you are talking about the situations where eren's safety is unknown, and she goes full 'EEREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEENNNN'.

she's overly clingy so while it is nice to have her around, she'd just get in the way of time by yourself and the boys. You could be out with the boys looking around the place and then you see this from around the corner of a wall:

Once more, this is true only if the people he's around are shady and not trusthworthy, also look at that face 10/10 would stare all night

This wouldn't happen with Rindou. She wouldn't destroy your fun with the lads. Even if she did crash the night, her personality is the type to make the night more fun and enjoyable whereas Mikasa would be too clingy if you're out and about with the boys. Rindou gives you more freedom.
