Revelations about characters who we barely met or who were just mentioned a few chapters before the big revelation really aren't that surprising or impactful. (Larcade Dragneel, Zeref as Emperor Spriggan.)

You could include out-of-nowhere revelations as un-impactful too, like Irene being Erza's mother but that's just my opinion.

My votes went to the first three (was it any surprise :P?) and Natsu being END. Too bad I couldn't vote for the Dragon Slayers being from 400 years ago or the dragons coming out of their respective slayers' bodies.

I voted "Gray finding out Natsu is END" and "Acnologia's Human Form".

Acnologia's human form is well designed and looks nothing like his dragon form, that one definitely surprised me.

Although we haven't seen much from Gray finding out Natsu is END, it will probably be a major factor in the war in the future. I'm looking forward to it.
