Question names of manga pens

hey guys !
i bought some ink manga pens and i know that there are types of pens like kabura and G-pen
and i can't distinguish between them
i hope someone will help me


and this paper was with them i think it has the names of pens in Japanese it may help

The Gpen is number 1, Kabura is number 2, and Maru is number 4, the smaller, for thin lines.
I tried to look out there how you may call number 3, but I don't know. I never really got the names for those.
