In this fight, both Naruto and Sasuke start out in base mode, this means for Naruto, he has no access to the Kyuubi chakra and for Sasuke he doesn't have the sharingan unlocked yet.
It doesn't stop there, they could either immediately fight each other, or fight 10 random opponents and gain power ups (in order of how they were obtained in the Manga). So if Naruto fights 5 people, then Sasuke has to fight 5 people too before they finally fight each other.
Here are the rules:
How would this work if people come up with different opponents? If its fodder, it doesn't matter, but the first opponent elite chosen by anyone would be used and it will be discussed on how Naruto or Sasuke would beat that character, then we move on. If there is no realistic way the two can individually beat said character, then we choose another.
Once they get to Round 10, they are fully rested. Whoever posts, put it in this format e.g.
Naruto vs Tobirama (Round 6)
