Misc Attempt Need help cleaning this page

Hey guys, I am totally at a loss with what to do with this page (and the entire chapter in general).

I tried just manually cleaning it (leveling, and hand erasing things, etc) but it came out looking way too sharpened because of the amount of leveling that needs to be used on the picture.

When I tried running it through topaz's denoise and clean filters it came out either really blurry or just really obvious that I used too much filter on it.

What is the best way to clean this (preferably using the denoise and clean filters)?

there's no way you can obtain a great scan from this kind of raw, it's to damaged...



i think you can't do better than this using only denoise filters and clean.
you need to get a better raw!
