I already saw Yoruichi Shihōin's great body and secret techniques (actually I experienced it first hand, last week). However, I don't remember Nemuri Kayama's quirk and I think her involvement in Boku no Hero is not as important than Yoruichi's in Bleach. It's time for Nemuri to step up her game!

As for now, I'm leaning towards Yoruichi.
