As Ohmagari tries to instruct his partner and fails, Kintarou and Yukimura rally head on and seem to be even: Kin is immune to Yips, Yukimura can catch up with TnK because of his Zero Senses Tennis.
"If it's Yukimura, he can handle it... but Yanagi, he cannot do it... is what Ohmagari senpai would say" remarks Yanagi.
Kintarou falls for the bait and Yanagi dodges the ball. Yukimura uses Mirage Mirror to take advantage of this opportunity and attacks Kin directly. Tooyama is forced to lob, and Yanagi seals the deal. The score is tied 3-3
Ohmagari says that the Rikkai members have a good combination and will keep on attacking this way. Kintarou, on the other hand, just complains.
Yanagi knows that, even if Kin achieved TnK, he just started playing tennis 6 months ago... so he wants to chase all the balls on his own. He goes on and praises his increment in speed, power and his wild instincts, but he's extremely lacking in experience. He has no idea how his opponents will move.
Yukimura and Yanagi focus their attack on Kintarou, who is growing desperate and cannot find an opening in this never ending rally... so Ohmagari intervenes. His Nitoryu is unreadable for Yanagi since he decides at the very last moment how and were to hit with this style that tricked even Sanada.

Now it’s Kin who’s attacking. Sanada observes that, thanks to Ohmagari’s intervention, Kin has started to get a feel for doubles and the combination is starting to click.

Renji tries to score a winner… and is countered by Ohmagari, who wins the point and with that the match, 7-5.
Ohmagari tells Kin not to be stupid, and that doubles is better than singles because you need faster decision making. If he doesn’t catch up, he’ll be left behind. This time, Kintarou accepts the remarks and happily takes the win.
Sanada congratulates his teammates on their good display. They admit their plan of attacking Kintarou was too simple, considering a high schooler was standing on the other side. That said, the way Kin-Ohmagari are, the chances they’ll lose the finals are 100%.

"Were you protecting Echizen Ryoga?"
"!?"
"Rodrigo's bruises were caused by a ball fired from a long range. So, it must had been a sniper... you're the only one in the Spanish team, right? And he clearly didn't like Echizen Ryoga…
“You can see everything, can’t you, Julioromen” (I’m very tempted to tl this as Julioromance because it’s much funnier)
“IT’S JULIO ROMÁN”

“We should start our practice drills, vice-captain Julio”.
“Hey, after this tournament… what I promised you yesterday… let’s do it, mejor amigo! (best friend)”
Medanore glares and walks back into his room saying “…yes, of course”.
Right before midnight Julio walks into the courts and gets ready, as it’s “about time”. He starts to countdown… and, exactly at midnight, he serves and Silva, out of nowhere, returns his shot with acrobatics.
“Were you able to meet the twins?” asks Julio.
“Yeah”
“I got something here too. The Medanore from today… had a different personality from yesterday.”
The diary details stuff that happened in chronological order. The side on the left (probably from the day before) mentions Goethe,“ENFADARSE” (getting angry) and remarks BE CAREFUL. The side on the right summarises what we saw in this chapter, from Medanore's point of view (December 2Xth): Mares and Rodrigo will have a 7 set match, Julio asked about the promise he made yesterday (what was the promise?)
