Oku showing Inaba's death?

Well, I don't know if somebody already found that (probably yes) or if it's not Inaba, but;

I was reading the Shinjuku Massacre again and, in the 14th page of Chapter 128 (178th page of Volume 11), I saw a peculiar thing. Could be Inaba dying?
