Okay, I'm actually become brave asking this question out in public.....since I've been blasted for it and really don't appreciate it. Like "Are you kidding me?" and that's the only answer I would get..not everyone knows everything you know >>
But anywho, just what the question asks. I've heard that not all OVA's will come out on DVD. It depends. At least I've gotten that from someone..but I really want to actually own all the TRC DVDs. I have season 1. Now I'm just waiting for season 2 and hopefully a year or so after that, there'll be Tokyo Revelation and then way later, Shunraiki coming out on DVD in the U.S...or if you live in another county, just in english period, really.
So please don't bash me for asking this question. I just simply don't know and since Shunraiki is an OAD, which deals with DVD's, hopefully it will come out eventually here.
