Kobayagawa Shiho is a "private actress" who works for a production company. She also does personal assignments that needs her to pretend to be a different person. She takes on assignments for people and takes on the personality of the person who they are pretending to be.

Recently just discovered this gem of a manga the summary provided should give you an idea of the premise but what it misses out is why I love the manga so much. The jobs she takes are more than just jobs they vary in value to Shiho, generally providing important instances of life lessons to her (as well as understanding her situation and coming to terms with her background) others would be a great insight into complex human situations. The manga follows an episodic format but I personally love it like that since it gives such a good variety to the plethora of roles Shiho takes on. This is quite unlike other acting manga/series, e.g. Glass Mask, as this only uses acting as a premise to understanding or unraveling the complex webs that the characters basically have woven themselves into and finding a way out or at least coming to terms with it through the help of Shiho. Hope you guys enjoy this series! Currently just at volume 3 but lets just say this series progresses quite quickly and just by the second chapter a major plot event already occurs.
