Luffy wins mid diff. Luffy was the only persin.going.head to head with Kaidom without distractions.

Kaido could not defeat Gear 4 Luffy from chapter 1000 moving forward. Gear 4 beat him out of his dragon form and caused him to go hybrid.

Gear 4 Luffy is jusf that powerful. While in Post Udon seastone Advanced Armament training Gear 4 Luffy is invincible.

Luffy wins High Diff. If Luffy didn’t have FS, I would say this maybe a extreme diff toss up, but he does.

Zoro with Enma has aCoA, he can cut the horn off of onigashima & a city size mountain with his Haki, can damage Kaido a decent but with his Ashura attack & has a crazy high ceiling of endurance & stamina.

Luffy before awakening his aCoC, had FS & ACoA. He was able to casually damage Kaido with his Red rock & Gear 4 attacks; & Even tank Boro breathes. This Luffy gassed out quick after Gear 4, and got beat by Kaido’s hybrid form quickly.

So like I said before; Zoro at times in the arc is really close to Luffy; & this is the time. Zoro has enough attack power & endurance to damage & hurt Luffy while receiving damage as well. IMO it kinda boils down to will power, & that’s where Luffy wins. Because Zoro’s strongest attacks are deadlier than Luffy’s best techniques.

I'll go 60/40 for Luffy.

Those two are genius of battle on their own.
Luffy is a learning genius that can copy and create technique just by sight. This guy got an incredible arsenal of technique !
While Zoro is a intuitive genius, that can tap in his inner strength in deadly situation. He will always be the first Strawhat to awaken to haki !

In haki Luffy got the edge in CoC and CoO, Zoro seem better with CoA.
In speed Luffy seem better.
In strong they are egal, but Zoro got Sword.
They are really near in capacity.

I think most of the fight would be win by Luffy, because of he's more versatile.
But Zoro can take some match, because he got enough power to KO Luffy.
In all the way it will be a incredible bloody slug fest !!!!

Cause Luffy forever > Zoro.

Luffy usually gets powerup first, followed by Zoro since chapters later. This is the pattern in every arc.
So, Luffy got advanced Conqueror's first, Zoro got it 20 chapters later

Chapters 1010-1032: Luffy mid diff (yeah IK there are two variants of Luffy there, just saying for Luffy R3)
Post 1032: Luffy high diff

I say luffy mid diffs him. Unless Zoro can mid diff king it’s just not happening. Luffy can now 1 v 1 kaido. Zoro can not 1v1 Kaido there’s a difference.
