I voted Hina too ... but just because of Iva's hype about Inazuma
I've tried picturing Hina vs Inazuma, and I couldn't find out who would stand out the most :x
Inazuma didn't show a lot either did he ?

Well, I vote for Hina, but my all indications thus far, Hina was probably the strongest captain level after smoker.

Inazuma is a nemesis DF ability to Hina. He can cut almost everything as recall when it was introduced.
Apoo and Hancock are well opponents too.

Don't forget that Hina was the one who defeated Mr. 2 during the escape from Alabasta. That should count to something in the feats category. My vote went to Inazuma.

she's too much of a beauty to be lost so early in the tournament.so, i request others to be biased and vote either apoo or inazuma...

Inazuma can't make it. All (s)he does is cutting up stuff with his hands. Once Hina manages to restrain him like the pirate from Bentham's group who attacked her, he's down and out.

I would troll and go with Scratchman Apoo here.
Beaties need to pass this round. And if we talk about him and Inazuma I would dare say that Inazuma has a better experience and I believe not only Apoo, but Inazuma also has gotten stronger over timeskip.

i don't think Appo can't beat Inazuma. that guy is the 2nd man of ivankov and he's from dragon army, and those newkama are way above rookies.

Inazuma was on the 5th floor of Impel Down like Luffy. So we can say he is at SuperNova level, between Apoo and Inazuma, it is very close. But Apoo's attack that once time was very showy and take way too long. I will give it to Inazuma with a big if.

So if we are talking about those who should advance from this round to the next one, then these two should be:
1. Boa Hancock (the obvious choice. I believe she might take both Apoo and Inazuma at the same time. Of course she might have some problems, but I doubt as Apoo's attacks seem quite long to perform if they are more or less strong and Inazuma even if he is somewhere around pre-timeskip Luffy he is still not strong enough to take Boa Down, especially since she is Master of Haki and her DF is quite broken)
2. Inazuma. He seems one of the strongest guys in Revolutionary Army and seems to be just under the commanders (like Ivankov and some others who are going to be shown in the future). Before timeskip he was shown to seemingly be around Luffy, but more experienced. He was in the 5th Level of Impel Down, so obviously he should be quite a strong guy and obviously stronger than Apoo as the guy was conciderably weaker than Luffy before timeskip and even if he managed to perform several strong attacvks they require long preparations, so Inazuma would win as he seems overall better fighter. And the same Apoo didn't show anything apart from his DF.
