Oh, man this is mean... The only one that can survive this round for sure is Wiper. Every other character is pretty much super weak....

Miss Monday's out. The other characters aren't very strong, but their powers give them a definite edge here (DF and Dials).

This group is really weak and only Wiper seems to dominate such a group. The others might get some chance, but mostly I can see a challenge between Buggy and Wapol, so I believe Miss Monday is going down.

The ones who should win this round are:
1. Wiper. He is just way stronger than any of his opponents in this round. I would say that in Skypea Arc he was more or less Luffy's equal and with his Burn Bazooka he was very fearsome, so I doubt Buggy or Wapol can offer him any challenge, especially since Wiper's mobility is also superior to both of his opponents.
2. Buggy. I believe his Buggy Bomb he used in Impel Down can handle Wapol. Without it it would be a more or less close challenge, but anyways I believe that Buggy should take it.

Buggy just can't win against Wiper. Buggy is a weakling, while Wiper was around Luffy's level in Skypea Arc. And due to his Dials he can be really fast. At least considerably faster than Buggy, so no way Buggy can win against Wiper. Even if Wiper doesn't use burn Bazooka. Buggy was taken down by pre-Grandline Luffy.

Good point, speed is often more important than destructive power. Wiper with dials would have no trouble dodging Buggy balls, if that was all, and Buggy is weak overall, it's just hard to land a hit unless you know that you need to go for the feet.

Viper wins this one. I see Buggy and Wapol having a comical fail-battle, but Buggy will win. He always pulls through somehow.

I believe Wiper can get a hit on Buggy quite easily, especially since Buggy isn't that much of a fighter, while the entire Wiper's life was a non-stop battle from his childhood. And he showed quite good skills not only with dials, but with actual combat and he was damn strong physically, so he would easily dominate both Buggy and Wapol. They should be like a joke for him.
