imo jesus burgess is rlly underestimated,alone that he is in BBs crew should be enough to say he is stronger than jean-bart(though i like him) and i think as of now chopper wouldnt be able to beat him,and even later on i think he will be a opponent either for sanji or franky which i rate higher than chopper
