Enel win. that guy is one of the most powerful in OP to me. he was just unlucky luffy was his natural enemy. And his raikou is one of the most powerful attack of the manga as it almost detroyed a whole island in one shoot.

he have the best COO we've seen so far. One gotta be as dumb as luffy and empty his mind just to touch him. not even talking about his speed

It's one of the threads with quite strong opponents left.
1. Enel. His speed is way superior compared to either Dolfamingo or Moria as is his attacking power. As someone already mentioned one of his attacks was that strong that practically managed to destroy Skypea. He also has the strongest CoO for now in the manga, so I don't see how his opponents can win against him in this round. Especially since he can fly as well.
2. Doflamingo. He was shown to best Moria in the manga even though Moria was already worn out and injured during the War, but still...

So Moria seems to loose.

Enel goes through easily as the first fighter in my eyes. Doflamingo second obviously. It would be quite an interesting match up to witness tbh.

Enel can't be weaker than Moria or Doflamingo. Of course Enel lost to Luffy, but it was only because Luffy was his natural enemy due to his DF being rubber, but in an actual fight Enel should be around Kizaru's level in terms of speed and his attacks aren't less devastating. His only flow was not knowing CoA Haki, but well if you can fire an attack that can practically cover an island... then you don't even need such thing as Haki in most of the cases...
Also we shouldn't forget that Lightning has a natural homing ability, so in a real life even if you run from a lightning you might be still hit, especially if it's in an open field.

About Moria... He isn't weak as people think he is. I doubt the same Zoro or Sanji would win against him even now. Cause even after the War when he was quite beat up Moria managed to fight against Doflamingo who was using a pack of Pacifista to boost his attacking power for quite a while and then he was saved. I doubt there are that many people who can oppose Moria, especially due to his DF ability that is quite broken, especially since he can power-up himself with shadows. Of course Doflamingo is still stronger than Moria, but people should not understimate Moria either. I do believe Luffy would still have a bit of a trouble fighting Moria even now. Of course he would still win, but in my opinion it wouldn't be that easy fight. Even if Luffy is somewhere around Jimbei's level now or maybe a bit weaker, but we can't compare him with Jimbei fighting Moria in Marineford as there was tons of sea solt near Marineford and sea solt as any solt is Moria's Df's weakness, so it was obvious that it would be Moria's problem.
So people obviously should not jump in conclusions that Moria is weak so easily.
