Problem with Bluetooth adapter

Hello people, I plugged a Bluetooth adapter on my laptop but during the recognition of this adapter it said that a Bluetooth silicon driver was not found.

Can someone tell me where do I download and install this driver?
I have window 7 32 bit.

A quick google suggest there is no manufacturer driver. It relies on the generic MS drivers.

If that doesn't work, your only solution is to put that bluetooth adapter in a blender.
