Note that this would be an unpaid collaboration!
The manga would be set in a big city in a cyberpunk future (big neon lights, with a very noir atmoshpere). It would center around a female detective who is given a case that has sprung back up and which concerns her. She has to deal with the psychological trauma of the case but of an addiction to drugs she develops during her sleuthing.
The art style could be easily accomodated (no need to do a particular style), but I think something like chibi wouldn't work as well as realism or semi-realism. I would be a writer for the manga, making this a collaboration.
