So, we know that a Wizard cannot use natural Magic in Edolas and has to rely on magical objects, but what if you're like Cobra, Laxus, the Twin Dragons, and God Serena who has implanted lacrima inside of them, would they be able to use their Dragon Slaying Magic or would it be stripped from them as well?​

They need ethernano to use magic. Since in Edolas you can't access it without special medicine you shouldn't be able to use it.

We don't know, but I would say yes. If you extract the lacryma you'd be able to use it, so I don't see why you can't when its inside your body.
