Question Question about Irene Marvell

I've been thinking about this scenario for a while. So, assuming that Wendy didn't know the Enchantment to swap bodies and get her own body back, thus being stuck in Irene's body. Let's assume she gets a Wind Lacrima implanted inside of her so she could still practice her original magic. But, the question is,, would she have become just as powerful as Irene by 100 Year Quest due to being in her body, or would she be as strong as she was in her original body just with Irene's monstrous MP?

Also, would Irene's spirit still be around to mentor Wendy in the manga, or would she have remained fully dead?​

Logically she should be as powerful as Irene raw powerwise provided she didn't train to increase her MP but with less experience in verstality But since we are talking Mashima verse where she managed to learn the personality enhantment which she hasn't learn any where in her life (Pull out a spell she has seen for the first time out of nowhere, and figure out nature of spell in such a short time while spatting on Irene experience has ) because she is Genius among Genius, So she will much stronger than Irene if we compare her with Irene marvell in the current point of time of the years of time.

would say that Irene Marvell would be stronger still considering that Wendy Belserion is basically using Wendy's full potential and the former would not really be using the full extent of Irene's powers.
