So here I'm back with translating Raruto. As you can see, this chapter was hard to translate at parts, and that coupled with how busy I was just dragged it on and on. But here it is.
By the way, I've decided to leave the name of "Sapo Ken" (which back in chapter 15 I translated as "Toad Ken") untranslated. I've already changed chapter 15 accordingly.

Before the next chapter there's a special side story called "The Death of Raruto", to be released the 12th July. Chapter 18a will be released a week after that, the 19th.
