Apoo has some great endurance though, drake is not impressive.

Robin took down black Maria because of external help, plus BM underestimating her.
Franky honestly got lucky IMO, cause Sasaki had em exploitable weakness. But yes he is right up there at that tier
Drake is arguably the strongest tobiroppo, Apoo is along there somewhere as well.
