The BJK is one of those move that isn't hard to hit because it does its damage when you attempt to hit the ball. On the other hand Gyro Laser is a move that is hard to return but doesn't seem to do anything special if you manage to hit it. So even if both players cannot deal with each other's moves, BJK will win, and rather quickly, simply because it does massive damage each time you try to return it. You're looking at at least a busted racket and although nobody has ever lost due to running out of rackets, any move that can break a racket's strings is always considered as a move that does significant damage.
Within the POT universe, a move like BJK is auto win if you can't return it without taking significant damage just because nobody ever avoids the enemy's strongest move, and BJK doesn't have any requirement to be used. To seal it basically requires the opponent never have a chance to hit a strong forehand and if you're that much better than you ought to be able to return it anyway.
