@z how I missed that thread about bees is beyond me. But at least I can now rest easy knowing that I knew what the answer WAS, just couldn’t find it.

Actually to see that we were right on track for most of the day 2 ones we missed (just didn’t find the exact place) puts me at ease a bit.

And the fact that I was WAYYYYY off base for most of the D3 and D4 ones… lol, at least I didn’t just scroll past those.

Lmao the answer to the Scooby riddle actually made me laugh out loud.

Nah misery is only fun if you still come through in the end and that wasn't really the case. So that's something we will be looking at. I feel like Day 1 and the extra riddles were more to the speed most were expecting, so we'll reassess how to handle that going forward.

Day 3 and 4 ones were definitely way beyond anything from last hunt in difficulty, I feel, even with the answers right in front of me. Like, I get the line of thinking now, but I think a lot of them are VERY farfetched to assume anyone will connect with that thing in particular because there’s two or three steps of thinking in-between the riddle and the answer.

I do really like these Scav hunts but like I said in the PM convo, I understand that people lose heart and interest when they don’t get the serotonin boost of finding treasure at least now and then - but also if it’s too easy then finding things won’t be as exciting at all. There’s definitely a hard-to-find balance there, so I don’t really fault the mods for it, but it’s definitely something to consider if we get another one of these hunts (which I sure hope, because they’re a lot of fun!)

After checking the answers of the riddles! I think it's fair to say they were mostly terrible and very self centered, The main issue of this game is taking so much time hanging on a wrong key word or line of thinking that literally consume lot of time without being fruitful and eventually will lead most people to give up after D1 or quit right from the start. Moreover, the hints were extremely misleading for the most part which waste more of time. To only have less than half of the riddles solved then you know there is a problem.

So to cut the story short, I won't go through every riddle and review it, I will just mention the ones that i genuinely find them good

Don't take it as offensive, It's just my opinion.
