Momo has gained BJK, but he hasn't really improved as a player overall. Tachibana has a good amount of power when you combine Abare Jishi and Moujou no Aura. In fact, I think that Tachibana has enough power to prevent his racket from being broken. Momo can't react to Abare Dama and if he takes a shot to the head like Chitose did in the flashback, that could be it for him. Tachibana's a better overall player.

A KO isn't an acceptable scoreline, so I'll take a 6-2 victory for Tachibana. :tachibana

Definitely agree Momo can't hit his dunk smash because Tachibana won't lob. Even if he does Tachibana uses super rising.

Tachibana can just avoid the BJK but even if Momo hits it, the power of Moujou no Aura should be enough to return it. I don't see Momo being able to hit back Abare Dama or Abare Jishi. Tachibana wins 6-1, 6-2.

Tachibana takes this comfortably. Momo won't return Abare Jishi or Abare Dama. He might get two games with BJK, but Tachibana should have enough power with Mojuu to return it. Outside of BJK, Momo is pretty much on a loss against Tachibana.

Tachibana wins 6-3 or 6-2.

I discussed this for ages with Ken.
I said I believe Tachibana will survive multiple BJK's.

I think a KO is a legitimate scoreline however though.

KOs are legitimate. Someone suddenly dropping dead isn't.

Too bad Chitose isn't here. There isn't anyone for those BJK to score against, now then, is there?

That was irrelevant to the argument back then and it still is.
In PoT do you know how many Doubles pairs have divided up basic roles of "Player A deals with power shots" and "Player B deals with quickly winning points".

Chitose doesn't have to be returning BJK if Tachibana can. Nothing suggests both players have to be able to return the move for the team to win.
You're argument made no sense since only Momoshiro could return Bakyuun and Kenya couldn't but Momoshiro/Kenya still won.

Sorry to go off-topic there, but there was nothing to suggest why Chitose would be KO'd by BJK if Hara/Taira clearly survived several.
WoK > Momoshiro/Kenya.
Your argument was also that Momoshiro/Kenya beat an HS pair, WoK haven't so Momoshiro/Kenya > WoK.

My point is that since 1st stringer who should beat WoK pair lose to Momoshiro, I doubt a team that beat them will lose to WoK.

It's all off topic.

And look like the last tournament makes them my least favorite pair in the series. They're severely overrated based on what we saw, especially since as of that tournament they are not able to used beast syncho at will yet.
